A strong Destination Yoga flow that develops the strength, mobility, stability and body awareness needed for more challenging postures.
Explore the strength and mobility needed for deeper backbends, while bringing in shoulder preparation, core control and drills that support inversions.
The main skill-building intensive. Break down the mechanics of arm balances and inversions through targeted drills, progressions and coached practice.
Bring the weekend together through a considered practice that revisits strength and selected advanced postures before shifting towards slower movement, pranayama & meditation.
