She aims to empower individuals to lead a fulfilling life, deeply connected to their heart & personal values. “I will guide & support you on your yoga journey, so you will feel fully supported and safe throughout your training.”

Inspired by yoga therapy, Lina finds a way of making yoga her bridge between physical health & inner peace. “I will train you in teaching methodology, alignment in asana,' and sequencing so you will learn the details of a sustainable physical yoga practice.”

Jan is a devoted meditator & guide, known for his warmth and commitment to authenticity & inner growth. He’s extensively trained, with certifications from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health TT 200 hrs, Embodied Flow TT 200 hrs, Yin yoga in India, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra. “I’m going to share my passion for yoga nidra with you, so you will learn how to guide a short yoga nidra at the end of your yoga classes.”

Gary holds a BA in Psychology & Literature, an MA in English Literature and an MBA in organisational behaviour. He uses creativity in his sessions for deep connection and spiritual growth. ”My philosophy sessions offer a space for reflection and inquiry, supporting you in meeting your inner experience with awareness, depth, and care."

Annija is your guide

Annija is a yoga teacher and a graduate of our most recent Yoga Teacher Training. Having just walked this path herself, she truly understands what you are going through and will be there to support you every step of the way.

CERTIFICATION

Assessment is on-going throughout the course, which means that you are being observed in how you take on the teachings that have been shared and how your new embodied understanding is reflected in your yoga practice, your life and your teaching. All students are required to participate in all training days and classes of the course and to complete all assignments and homework given during the course. You will get challenges between modules to deepen your transformation connected with yoga philosophy, such as building a home practice, gratitude work, rituals and more!
