Facilitated by ISA, NEO & LISA, this module focuses on creating a safe environment and a bond between the participants as well as learning the skills of how to do so. During these initial days we will explore your own personal goals, understand the underpinning philosophy of Urban OM’s Embodied Therapy Approach and establish the group as a dynamic learning environment.
This module on breath work focuses on the transformative power of breath, where breathing serves as a physiological tool to influence mental and emotional states. With AGNI delve into bioenergetics, using breath and posture to release tensions, enhancing emotional and physical life energy.
Learn to integrate body and mind with LISA & NEO. Throughout this module you will improve your awareness of your own body, learn to use the tools of yoga, movement therapy, breathing exercises, inward reflection, fascia release techniques, regulating the nervous system and managing stress.
ROBIN helps you develop tailored embodied practices for specific ailments, informed by medical and anatomical knowledge combined with hands-on skill practice.
Continue to delve into bioenergetics, using breath and posture to release tensions, enhancing emotional and physical life energy with AGNI
With the method of self-inquiry, by exploring personal needs, personality structures and moving toward inner authenticity ISA will support you in discovering yourself.
In this module BEA will introduce you to the foundations of Somatic Experiencing Trauma Healing which is a method that aims to resolve symptoms of stress, shock and trauma that accumulate in the body and the nervous system.
Continue your journey with LISA & NEO and deepen biomechanical understanding to promote body awareness and compassionate, patient teaching using yoga therapy techniques.
AGNI invites you to learn about the fascinating realm of body types, helping you recognize underlying issues your clients may not express verbally. We will explore how emotional tension from childhood trauma can shape the body. This understanding will empower you to develop tailored counseling approaches based on your observations of an individual’s physical presence.
Experience creating therapeutic movement classes with ISA, GARY & JAN, using sounds, invitational language, voice and instruments to enhance class ambiance.
In this module with ISKAAN you’ll learn conscious touch and deep tissue massage techniques. We’ll focus on working with the breath and awareness. We’ll emphasize respectful and trauma-sensitive touch, using body reading to meet the client’s needs. After completion of the module, you will be able to confidently facilitate two full-body deep tissue massage sessions.
In this module with ISA & NEO we will focus on the very essence of the therapeutic relationship, the communication that moves between client and therapist.
Learn business setup, client relationships and practical application of therapeutic skills with LISA & ISA. It’s time to take the next step toward embodying your vision as a skilled and compassionate therapist.
Dive into yoga philosophy with GARY, applying its teachings and practices to enhance therapeutic client interactions.
Apply your skills in a clinical setting, working with clients and participating in group supervision for collective learning with LISA & ISA.

Agni is a therapist trained in Reichian, Breath, Gestalt therapies, counseling and psychic massage. Her vast experience incl. work at Osho Multiversity in Pune leading pivotal programs (Tantra for Women &Pulsation Training). Focused on the energetic body, she facilitates groups and individual sessions. Committed to sharing her knowledge, ensuring others have the tools to delve into and navigate the realm of intuitive healing.
Annki is one of Sweden’s most experienced Kundalini teachers with 28 years of experience in Kundalini yoga, Ayurveda & Dharma. Her teachings reflect a deep, holistic understanding of yoga. She is a certified Ayurvedic therapist, Pregnancy Yoga Teacher, Medi Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, and Sat Nam Rasayan Healer, and founded the Stockholm Kundaliniyoga Center.
Robin is based in Marin County, California. With over 40 years of experience teaching yoga and stress management she is a real veteran (who also happens to work with actual military veterans). She has experience working with everyone from the general public, to hospitals, athletic teams, programs for brain injury and severe mental health issues. She has been
Neo is trained in diverse disciplines, incl. Yoga Therapy (IAYT), Osho Therapy, Yoga Teacher Trainer (E-RYT 500) and NLP. Educated in Law and business at Columbia, IE Business School, and THNK School for Creative Leadership. Neo is the founder of Urban OM and an author. Dedicated to executive coaching, he will challenge you from a place of love and support you from a place of strength.
With 20 years’ experience, Isa is a seasoned therapist & group leader. She holds degrees in psychology from Stockholm University and from the Swedish Psychotherapist Academy. Trained in Somatic Experiencing Trauma Therapy, she co-founded Baravara & Urban OM. “I am supporting people to step out of the personality, finding the courage to be real.”
Gary holds a BA in Psychology & Literature, an MA in English Literature and an MBA in organisational behaviour. A trained yoga therapist, meditation and breath-work teacher, writer and artist he uses creativity in his sessions for deep connection and spiritual growth. ”I will open you to philosophy with playful creativity while holding a grounded and safe space.”
Iskaan’s bodywork philosophy is shaped by his extensive training in Yoga, Neo Reichian Energy work, Rebalancing, Breathwork, and various holistic massage techniques. Central to his practice are his commitment to meditation and profound love for the human body. Emphasising on presence, he helps you to let go through touch, and not just focus on tension.
Lisa is a distinguished C-IAYT yoga therapist and teacher (RYT 500 certification). Jan is a devoted meditator & guide, known for his warmth and commitment to authenticity & inner growth. He’s extensively trained, with certifications from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health TT 200 hrs, Embodied Flow TT 200 hrs, Yin yoga in India, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra.
Bea is a SEP Certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, trained in Brainspotting, EMDR, Neuro affective Psychotherapy, and Gestalt therapy. She has ben working with trauma therapy for more than 20 years and is still curious to help the body out of trauma and back to it self.
Throughout the training, continuous assessment will take place. This entails observing how well you integrate the teachings shared, and how your newfound understanding is manifested in your practice, daily life, and teaching.
All students are expected to fully participate in every aspect and class of the course. Additionally, completion of assigned pre-course reading, assignments, and all homework during the course is mandatory.
