YEAR 1

9-13 APR 2025

Facilitated by ISA, NEO & LISA, this module focuses on creating a safe environment and a bond between the participants as well as learning the skills of how to do so. During these initial days we will explore your own personal goals, understand the underpinning philosophy of Urban OM’s Embodied Therapy Approach and establish the group as a dynamic learning environment.

14-18 MAY 2025

This module on breath work focuses on the transformative power of breath, where breathing serves as a physiological tool to influence mental and emotional states. With AGNI delve into bioenergetics, using breath and posture to release tensions, enhancing emotional and physical life energy.

25-29 JUN 2025

Learn to integrate body and mind with LISA & NEO. Throughout this module you will improve your awareness of your own body, learn to use the tools of yoga, movement therapy, breathing exercises, inward reflection, fascia release techniques, regulating the nervous system and managing stress.

ROBIN helps you develop tailored embodied practices for specific ailments, informed by medical and anatomical knowledge combined with hands-on skill practice.

10-14 SEP 2025

Continue to delve into bioenergetics, using breath and posture to release tensions, enhancing emotional and physical life energy with AGNI

15-19 OCT 2025

With the method of self-inquiry, by exploring personal needs, personality structures and moving toward inner authenticity ISA will support you in discovering yourself.

3-7 DEC 2025

In this module BEA will introduce you to the foundations of Somatic Experiencing Trauma Healing which is a method that aims to resolve symptoms of stress, shock and trauma that accumulate in the body and the nervous system.

YEAR 2

28 JAN.-1 FEB 2026

Continue your journey with ROBIN and deepen biomechanical understanding to promote body awareness and compassionate, patient teaching using yoga therapy techniques.

23-29 MAR 2026

AGNI invites you to learn about the fascinating realm of body types, helping you recognize underlying issues your clients may not express verbally. We will explore how emotional tension from childhood trauma can shape the body. This understanding will empower you to develop tailored counseling approaches based on your observations of an individual’s physical presence.

6-10 MAY 2026

Experience creating therapeutic movement classes with ISA, GARY & JAN, using sounds, invitational language, voice and instruments to enhance class ambiance.

3-7 JUN 2026

In this module with ISKAAN you’ll learn conscious touch and deep tissue massage techniques. We’ll focus on working with the breath and awareness. We’ll emphasize respectful and trauma-sensitive touch, using body reading to meet the client’s needs. After completion of the module, you will be able to confidently facilitate two full-body deep tissue massage sessions.

26-30 AUG 2026

In this module with ISA we will focus on the very essence of the therapeutic relationship, the communication that moves between client and therapist.

7-11 OCT 2026

Learn business setup, client relationships and practical application of therapeutic skills with LISA & ISA. It’s time to take the next step toward embodying your vision as a skilled and compassionate therapist.

Dive into yoga philosophy with GARY, applying its teachings and practices to enhance therapeutic client interactions.

Apply your skills in a clinical setting, working with clients and participating in group supervision for collective learning with LISA & ISA.

Attain the highest level of recognition in the field of yoga education and receive a certificate validating your successful completion of our comprehensive 800-hour Embodied Therapy Education program.
Be able to register as a distinguished Yoga Therapist with the esteemed International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT.org).
Be eligible for the 500-hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500) status with Yoga Alliance, reflecting your comprehensive training and expertise.

CERTIFICATION

Throughout the training, continuous assessment will take place. This entails observing how well you integrate the teachings shared, and how your newfound understanding is manifested in your practice, daily life, and teaching.

All students are expected to fully participate in every aspect and class of the course. Additionally, completion of assigned pre-course reading, assignments, and all homework during the course is mandatory.
