Lisa is a distinguished C-IAYT yoga therapist (RYT 500 certification). As the studio manager & school director at Urban OM, she aims to empower individuals to lead a fulfilling life, deeply connected to their heart & personal values. “I will guide & support you on your yoga journey, so you will feel fully supported and safe throughout your training.”

Inspired by yoga therapy, Lina finds a way of making yoga her bridge between physical health & inner peace. “I will train you in teaching methodology, alignment in asana,' and sequencing so you will learn the details of a sustainable physical yoga practice.”

Jan is a devoted meditator & guide, known for his warmth and commitment to authenticity & inner growth. He’s extensively trained, with certifications from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health TT 200 hrs, Embodied Flow TT 200 hrs, Yin yoga in India, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra. “I’m going to share my passion for yoga nidra with you, so you will learn how to guide a short yoga nidra at the end of your yoga classes.”

Gary holds a BA in Psychology & Literature, an MA in English Literature and an MBA in organisational behaviour. A trained yoga therapist, meditation and breath-work teacher, writer and artist he uses creativity in his sessions for deep connection and spiritual growth. “My pranayama sessions will teach you how to access and regulate your inner state in a safe & powerful way.”

Devon is your guide

Devon is a yoga teacher , since 2023, she knows what you are going through and will support you all the way! Devon is also a student at Urban OMs EmbodiedTtherapy Education.

CERTIFICATION

Assessment is on-going throughout the course, which means that you are being observed in how you take on the teachings that have been shared and how your new embodied understanding is reflected in your yoga practice, your life and your teaching. All students are required to participate in all training days and classes of the course and to complete all assignments and homework given during the course. You will get challenges between modules to deepen your transformation connected with yoga philosophy, such as building a home practice, gratitude work, rituals and more!
